1. General Applicability

  1. All coupons, promo codes, and offers (“Coupons”) displayed on ReasonableTrip.com are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
  2. Coupons are valid only on bookings made through ReasonableTrip.com or its authorized communication channels (call, WhatsApp, email).
  3. By using any coupon, the customer agrees to comply with these Terms & Conditions and the general Terms of Use of ReasonableTrip.com.

2. Eligibility Criteria

  1. Coupons may be applicable only to:
    • New customers
    • Existing customers
    • Specific traveler categories (family, honeymoon, group, corporate)
  2. Eligibility conditions for each coupon will be clearly mentioned on the individual coupon page.
  3. Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be shared, sold, or exchanged.

3. Coupon Usage Rules

  1. Only one coupon can be applied per booking.
  2. Coupons are valid for one-time use per customer, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  3. Coupons must be applied before booking confirmation. Post-booking application is not allowed.
  4. Coupon discounts apply only on the base holiday package cost, excluding:
    • Flights (unless mentioned)
    • Visa fees
    • Travel insurance
    • Taxes
    • Government fees
    • Third-party charges

4. Booking & Payment Conditions

  1. Coupons are applicable only on confirmed bookings.
  2. Full or partial payment (as applicable) must be made to avail the coupon benefit.
  3. Failure to complete payment within the stipulated time may result in coupon invalidation.

5. Cancellation, Refund & Modification

  1. In case of booking cancellation, the coupon discount amount is non-refundable.
  2. Refunds, if any, will be processed as per supplier cancellation policies, excluding coupon value.
  3. If a booking is modified and becomes ineligible for the coupon, the discount may be revoked.
  4. Coupons cannot be reused in case of cancellation.

6. Validity & Expiry

  1. Each coupon is valid for a limited time period as mentioned on its respective page.
  2. Expired coupons cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
  3. ReasonableTrip reserves the right to extend, modify, or withdraw any coupon without prior notice.

7. Fraud & Misuse

  1. Any misuse, manipulation, or fraudulent attempt to apply coupons may result in:
    • Cancellation of booking
    • Loss of coupon benefit
    • Blacklisting of user account
  2. ReasonableTrip reserves the right to take legal action in cases of fraud.

8. Right to Modify or Cancel Coupons

  1. ReasonableTrip.com reserves the absolute right to:
    • Modify coupon benefits
    • Change eligibility criteria
    • Withdraw coupons at any time
  2. Such changes shall be final and binding.

9. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

  1. All disputes arising out of coupon usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
  2. The decision of ReasonableTrip.com shall be final in all matters relating to coupons.
