Booking Policy
- At the time of booking: 40% of the total package cost per person or cancellation charges whichever is higher (non-refundable and non-transferable)
- Within 30 Days from Date of Departure: 75% of Full Tour Cost or cancellation charges whichever is higher (non-refundable and non-transferable)
- 15 Days from Date of Departure: 100% of Full Tour Cost
- Please Note: For Issuance of the Flight Tickets, we require Full Payment of Airfare.
Cancellation Policy
- 31 and More Days prior to the Departure Date: Booking Amount is Non-Refundable.
- 30 to 16 Days prior to the Departure Date: 75% of the full Tour cost.
- 15 Days prior to the Departure Date: 100% of the full Tour cost.
Package Terms & Conditions
- If you are taking the Krabi Four Island Tour, National Park Fee @ THB 400 has to be paid directly.
- Vehicle provided is based on the number of people travelling. Extra charges will be applicable if additional vehicles (or vehicle with bigger capacity) are required due to travellers carrying extra or oversized luggage.
- If the stay is outside city area, there will be extra charges applicable for both private and shared transfers. These charges have to be paid directly before boarding the vehicle.
- Private Transfers doesn't imply that the Vehicle is on Disposal. The vehicle will only pick you and drop you at the attraction at specified timings. Maximum waiting time in private tours/transfers is 15 minutes from the time of pickup. If you are not found at the pickup point within time, it will be considered a No Show.
- Seat in coach (SIC) transfers implies that transfers will be in a shared bus which will have other co-passengers. You are requested to be at the place of pick up / hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before pickup time. Sometime you may have to wait for a period of about 30-45 minutes depending upon traffic, location of the hotel on the route and picking up of other guests.
- Maximum waiting time in shared (SIC) pickups is 5 minutes. The guide/driver will look for you in the lobby, concierge area or call the hotel room. If no answer is received from room, the guide/driver will leave after waiting for 5 minutes and it will be considered a No Show.
- The pickup timings for shared (SIC) transfers are subject to change (prepone or postpone) based on your hotel location and the route of the pickup vehicle. Any change will be intimated by message on support channel.
- Starting May 1st, 2025, all travelers entering Thailand must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card online before their arrival. Additionally, they must register within 3 days before arrival. https://tdac.immigration.go.th/arrival-card/#/home.
- If you are taking the Phi Phi Islands Tour, National Park fee @ THB 400 has to be paid directly.
- For James Bond Island Tour, mandatory National Park Fee @ THB 400 per person has to be paid directly

- For transfers on shared basis in Krabi, local open air vehicle will be provided for transfers. Van will be provided only for private transfers.
- For Visa on Arrival, you need to make sure you carry one passport size photograph (4 x 6 cm) in size.
- Passport Validity has to be 6 months at the time of travel
- Valid Air Ticket and Proof of accommodation
- It is necessary to carry at least 10,000 THB per person or 20,000 THB per family. You may be asked to show this amount in cash/forex card during immigration or while getting visa on arrival. Amount in credit card or bank are not accepted.
- Visa Application Fee @ THB 2,000 per person (Free till April 2020). If you go for express visa, you may be charged THB 200 per person extra.
- Once the trip has started, the schedules for drivers and sightseeing activities are already set and cannot be changed. We will do our best to accommodate any adjustments if possible. However, please understand that if we are unable to make any changes, no refunds will be provided in case of cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.
- Any changes communicated directly to the driver will not be honored. All requests for changes must be made through support channel during the trip.
- Please note that drivers will not contact guests directly through mobile phone or room numbers due to potential language barriers. All coordination will be handled through support channel. Guests are kindly asked to be punctual at the hotel lobby for pick-up to prevent any delays or the need for alternative transportation, which would be at their own expense.
- Your selected travel dates are guaranteed. In the unlikely event of seats sold out, we guarantee +/- 1/2 days from your preferred dates.
- Prices can fluctuate during peak season dates.
- Surcharges on Blackout dates will be applied separately (EX: Christmas, New year, Songkaran Festival etc.)

- To Upgrade the Hotel Rooms / No of Rooms , Extra Supplement Charges will be applied.
- In case of non-payment of balance amount by the client, the company reserves a right to cancel the tour /booking of the client and forfeit the amount already deposited with the Company.

Standard Terms And Conditions
1. Booking & Payment Policy
- All holiday packages can be booked by paying either a deposit amount or full payment, as mentioned at the time of booking.
- The deposit amount is non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
- Full payment must be completed before departure, as per the timeline communicated during booking.
- Failure to clear the balance payment on time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit.
2. Pricing & Inclusions
- Package prices are based on current airfares, hotel rates, taxes, and service charges at the time of quotation.
- Prices may change in case of fluctuations in airline fares, hotel rates, government taxes, or currency exchange rates.
- Inclusions are strictly limited to what is mentioned in the package itinerary or invoice.
- Any services not specifically mentioned are not included.
- 5% TCS applies on bookings up to ₹10 lakh.
- 20% TCS applies on the amount exceeding ₹10 lakh (effective 1 April 2025).
- 10% TCS applies if the passenger’s PAN is not linked with Aadhaar (PAN considered inoperative).
- TCS is calculated on the total tour cost and must be paid along with the final payment.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation charges vary depending on the time of cancellation and supplier policies.
- Deposit amount is generally non-refundable.
- Cancellation made closer to the travel date may attract higher cancellation charges or 100% cancellation.
- No refund will be provided for unused services, early departures, or no-shows.
4. Amendments & Changes
- Any changes to the confirmed booking (dates, hotels, services, passenger details) are subject to availability and additional charges.
- Amendments may attract service fees along with supplier penalties.
- Changes requested after booking confirmation are not guaranteed.
- No refunds are available for missed or unused services caused by circumstances beyond control.
5. Travel Documents & Visa
- Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
- Visa approval is subject to the respective embassy or consulate rules.
- We are not responsible for visa rejection, delay, or denial.
- Any visa fees, documentation, or courier charges are non-refundable.
- Visa Rejection: ₹20,000 per person plus visa fees, visa assistance charges, and travel insurance are non-refundable.
6. Hotels & Check-In Policy
- Standard hotel check-in time is usually 14:00–15:00 hrs, and check-out is 11:00–12:00 hrs.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may incur additional charges.
- Hotel images shown on the website are indicative only.
- Hotels provided will be of the same or similar category as mentioned in the itinerary.
- Standard check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 11 AM.
- Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability and may incur extra cost.
- Guaranteed early check-in is charged at one night’s room rate.
7. Flights & Transportation
- Flight timings are subject to change by airlines without prior notice.
- We are not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by airlines.
- Baggage allowance follows airline policy. Excess baggage charges apply as per airline rules.
- Transportation services are provided as per the itinerary and are point-to-point only.
8. Sightseeing & Activities
- Sightseeing tours are subject to weather conditions, local regulations, and operational feasibility.
- Some attractions may be closed due to public holidays, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.
- No refund will be provided for missed sightseeing due to late arrival or personal reasons.
- If a tour is cancelled due to operational reasons, low participation, or force majeure, a full refund of the tour cost will be issued.
- The operator is not responsible for additional expenses such as visas, insurance, or domestic travel incurred in preparation for the tour.
- The tour will operate only with a minimum of 20 passengers.
- If group strength is low, the tour may be merged with a similar group without compromising inclusions.
- Group reshuffling may occur for smooth tour operations.
- Alternate sightseeing will be arranged if any attraction is closed.
- Packed dinners may be provided during delays or due to local driving regulations.
- Due to coach storage limitations, only one check-in bag and one hand bag per person is allowed.
9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or cancellation due to events beyond our control such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, weather conditions, or government restrictions.
